Booking forms — when you book a styling session we collect your name, email address, service type, and preferred date and time. This information is used to create your calendar appointment and send you a confirmation email with a Google Meet link.

Contact and enquiry forms — when you contact us we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message.

Newsletter sign-up — if you subscribe to our newsletter we collect your email address and, optionally, your first name. We only send marketing emails where you have given explicit consent.

Portfolio and image uploads — if you submit images through the admin area, those files are stored securely via Vercel Blob storage.

Technical data — we automatically receive your IP address, browser type, and pages visited when you use our website. This is used for security and performance monitoring only.

We use your personal data to:
