Shipping policy

Methods and timeframes

  • Standard: 5–7 business days (Nigeria). Cost varies by location.
  • Express: 2–3 business days. Higher rate.
  • International: Available on request; timeframe and cost depend on destination.

Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected method. Free shipping may apply on orders over a set threshold (e.g. $100 or equivalent); check the cart or checkout for current offers.

Processing times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email when your order ships, with tracking information when available. Delivery times start from the day the order is dispatched.

Return policy

30-day return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to return

  1. Contact us at contact@exquezeme.com to request a return and receive instructions.
  2. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
  3. Include your order number and reason for return (optional).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Exchanges are subject to availability; we will notify you if the requested size or style is not available.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and may provide a prepaid return label where applicable.

Sizing may vary by style. Refer to the size chart on each product page when available. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us at contact@exquezeme.com and we can advise. Exchanges for a different size are subject to our return policy above.
